This roasted aubergine dip recipe is both super healthy and incredibly delicious - it will have you looking at aubergines in a whole new way.
Zutaten von Auberginen-Dip
- 1 of Aubergine.
- 100 g of saure Sahne.
- 100 g of Kräuter-Frischkäse.
- 2 EL of 8 Kräuter (TK).
- 2 of Knoblauchzehen.
- of Salz und Pfeffer.
Anleitung Auberginen-Dip
- Die Aubergine halbieren, kreuzartig einschneiden und für ca. 30 Minuten bei 190 Grad Umluft in den Ofen geben..
- Knoblauch schälen und in eine Schale pressen. Alle weiteren Zutaten zugeben und verrühren..
- Die Aubergine aus dem Ofen holen und mit dem Messer hacken oder schneiden. (Oder einfach in die Schale geben und mit einer Schere schneiden, so wie ich.) Alles vermengen und noch mal abschmecken. Guten Hunger! 💖.

I've called it an aubergine dip rather than baba ghanoush because, although the ingredients are similar, I don't ask you to smoke the aubergines - a process I find difficult, and frankly a bit of a lost cause, in a kitchen without a coal barbecue.
